This 90-minute intermediate workshop is for attendees who have a strong foundational knowledge of grant writing and want to evolve their practical skills and knowledge to increase chances for successful grant applications.

Gain tools to serve as a high-functioning board member

This three-part series focuses on preparing to serve as a high functioning board member and challenges attendees to explore their "why", healthy board/executive relationships, board boundaries, fiduciary responsibilities, and more. Each session will be two hours. There will be light and manageable tasks participants will be expected to complete. This series is for those interested in serving on boards or already serving on boards and want to improve how they show up in support of the executive and organization's mission. (This cohort will be limited to 30 participants.)

Improve how you show up for your team

This three-part series focuses on leadership tools for people managers. Most people become managers without training or support on how to lead. This series will cover clarifying a leadership philosophy and the role it plays in guiding a team, leading to and through a performance review, setting team expectations, advocating for you and your team, managing through crisis, and care for oneself, individuals, and the team. This series is for those who are people managers, new or tenured who want to engage in training that levels up their skills that will carry them throughout their career. (This cohort will be limited to 30 participants.)
